1. Worldwide shipping conditions

Deliveries are made, at your convenience :

The shipping time is estimated at 7 to 14 working days (indicative time provided by french postal services).

- via Mondial Relay® (Relay points or locker), for some european countries :

Belgium and Luxembourg (3 to 5 working days) : from 3,82€ to 6,83€ (depending on the weight of the package)

Netherlands (5 to 7 working days) : from 4,67€ to 7,25€ (depending on the weight of the package)

Spain and Portugal (5 to 7 working days) : from 5,67€ to 8,25€ (depending on the weight of the package)

2. Returns and exchanges

Returns are possible within 14 days after receipt of the item. Please contact us so we can discuss about your problem.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. The buyer is also responsible for any loss of value if the returned item is not in its original condition.
